Welcome to RadonAway's New Online Ordering System
At Spruce Environmental Technologies our customers are our top priority. We have long recognized that, by streamlining our ordering process, we can better serve your product and service needs. Since RCi became a Spruce company nearly seven years ago, we have smoothly transitioned many functions by removing duplicated efforts. Our most recent transition was to merge the RCi and RadonAway accounting functions.
Now it's time for our next step: Merging the RCi and RadonAway online and catalog product offerings into one easy-to-use, comprehensive website radonaway.com, and one print catalog. As of 5/1/18, the RCi website and standalone brand catalog, will no longer be available. We are confident that this latest transitional step will provide you with a smoother, more efficient purchasing experience while making additional products more readily available to you through our RadonAway website.
What Will Remain the Same?
The RCi Carmel, Indiana location will continue to be staffed by the same sales, customer service and shipping personnel you know and rely on. You will still be able to call (800) 523-2084 with your orders and questions. Your orders will be filled and shipped from Indiana with the exception of items that are stocked only in a different location.

On 4/5/18 you were sent an email that provided your new username and password. You will need that information to login to your customer account at radonaway.com. Once you have your login information, click on the 'Click Here To Begin' button below and login (or go to www.radonaway.com/b2b/portal/login).
