If you are a Fan Club member and require an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for a radon fan, simply fill out the required attached form and submit it along with a clear fan photo that shows the fan model, DOM, and serial number on your fan label to: returns@radonaway.com

Note: for all non-radon fan returns, please call RadonAway Customer Service at 800-767-3703 to obtain an RMA # and return instructions.
